I promise you, Instagram photos will not be a regular occurrence here. I am a dedicated DSLR shooter because I love the manual controls, the RAW format and the overall versatility that DSLR’s offer. Sometimes, though, the best camera is the one you happen to have on you. For most of us these days, that happens to be a smart phone camera. Not always the greatest photos, technically speaking, but definitely some of the most timely.
I had to run in to our local post office this afternoon and was struck by how peaceful my home town looked blanketed under snow. We received about 5 inches this afternoon and more is on the way.
